Two subgenres of country music that needs to be elaborated here are Bluegrass and Cajun. Although both of them are country music, there is still some major differences between the two types of music . It is believed that Bluegrass is a style that was influenced largely by the country music that emerged from the Appalachian mountain while on the other hand, Cajun music is more like a slang music that is most popular in New Orleans.
